    Super needs to go
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small building with elevator
    Cons:
    Super is never around and is absolutely horrible at his craft. Building is always dirty and stinks
    Advice to owner:
    Please hire a someone with the proper skills needed to keep this building going in the right direction
