Frequent Elevator Outages but the size of the apartments made up for it
Former Tenant
Pros:
No matter what was wrong with the building all is forgiven for the size of the apartments. Every one bedroom feels like a 2 bedroom...kitchen so large for full dining table and as many kitchen gadgets as your wallet can tolerate.
Cons:
Elevator frequently went out and when it was working had a distinct odor of staleness.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a porter to assist the super it’s too large for one man.
