I used to live at this building and the management is the worst.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent was somewhat low and the transportation very accessible, parks nearby and lots of schools
Cons:
The lobby paint is molding, the door is often broken in lobby there’s constant noise from neighbor and even super parties all week.
Advice to owner:

It takes 311 to make changes
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are amazing for size.
Cons:
No ramp for the elderly or strollers, no elevators for the same reason or for easy access to higher floors. Deliveries struggle to bring furniture due to narrow staircases and no elevator. Apartments frequently do not get heat and the supers family who usually do not answer the door but instead yell when we ask for his help, responding extremely rude and disrespectful. People from all over the block come to blast loud music here and during the summer lasts until 5-6AM. No one sleeps.
Advice to owner:
The super does his job well, his family is just disrespectful and aggressive. Its something thats been a personal complaint by myself and other tenants but avoid reprimanding the super to avoid him taking it out on us during the winter. He gives heat and shuts it off frequently and I don’t understand why we have to wear fall and winter clothes indoors when he can give heat every day that its cold and freezing in our apartments.

The super sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the D and 4 train. Apartments are spacious
Cons:
The management office isn’t great, they do not take care of the issues you bring to their attention. The super is beyond lazy and does not keep the hallway or common areas of the building clean.
Advice to owner:
Fire the super!!! Get a new super and take care of your tenants
