I like the size of the units, neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is generally quiet at night. Elevator building.

Cons

The water pressure on top floor is weak. Entrance is dirty, neighbors constantly trying to prop open locked door, trash overflowing outside. Occasional cockroaches.

Please take more time to clean, maintain, and update the general use areas.
