Affordable.. you get what you pay for

Pros:
I like that the apartments are rent stabilized. I also like the garden right outside of the building, makes it unique from the others. Also there’s an elevator! Usually no issues with hot water and water pressure.
Cons:
Having lived here for 10+ years management has since changed and IMPROVED drastically. While the building is swept and mopped regularly the garbage room tends to make the lobby smell since it is indoors. Nonetheless management is pretty good with taking the garbage out the garbage room. Very loud neighbors, if it’s not your neighbors yelling it’s people across the street blasting music all times of night during the summer.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your residents, respond quickly.

Pros:
Elevator for every floor, electronic doors and cameras inclusively, well lit halls and elevator, amazing building custodial engineer.
Cons:
Careless waste disposal by tenants, doggie poop outside the building by “randoms”, in and out drug activity, excessively loud stereo playing neighbors at all hours.
Advice to owner:
No advice because the owner already knows the just of everything that goes on around here
