Roaches everywhere, no one helps

Pros:
Good transportation. Close to most subways and buses.
Cons:
Building is dirty, roaches throughout whole apartment. Mold in bathroom. Building management is not responsive. They only care about money, they dont take care of their tenants and their needs. We pay rent and have to deal with sink leaks, broken cabinets full of rodents, and mold all over apartment.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building and fix apartments!!!!!
