    Bad management, don't care about tenant

    Pros:
    Recent build, no pest
    Cons:
    Noisy neighbors, Marijuana odor, washing and drying machine never works, all electric, high electricity. Always Garbage outside
    Advice to owner:
    If you like a quiet and familiar place this is not the one
