Pros:
Lazaro Nunez is an amazing super
Cons:
Killings in front of the building always. Super NOSY neighbors Drug dealers in the halls selling or smoking
Advice to owner:
Get the drug dealers out! Keep the building clean! Keep the front door fixed so uninvited guests can stay out! Fix the heat problem
