    Pros:
    It’s clean
    Garbage always taken out
    Cons:
    They take long to fix something when being called
    The hear in the winter time it’s useless
    Summer there always noise because the super allows tenants to do cookouts in front of the building
    Advice to owner:
    Super needs to do better at his job
