    Not good building to live in.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbors are cool everyone tries to be friendly with each other they're only two staff members that are nice. The super is pretty nice as well.
    Cons:
    The heating sucks the water bugs are big and come out of no where gotta be aware the building it's self is old definitely need to be remodeled.
    Advice to owner:
    Please Please tear this building down and build it backup brand new
