Management has left the building and now we have more problems than ever.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no PROS
Cons:
Rodent problems mice infestation / heat and hot water yearly issues / hallway garbage /does not clean or mop lobby area /very difficult to contact management/ leaks in bathroom for years / broken entry locks and dirty laundry room with no running water and broken machines . mismanaged rent accounts . Renewal for paint and refrigerators / stoves of wear and tear .The heat is and hot water is horrible in the winter .
Advice to owner:
We need new management who actually care about the tenant concerns and not just to collect the rent ,
