    This is not a suitable building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Easy access to stores and food
    Cons:
    The building is not clean
    No heat
    ALOT OF BUGS
    RATS IN WALLS
    unit came with broken windows, fire alarms and broken fire escape
    Owners do not answer promptly or are easy to access
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the heat and basic funtions for winter. Communicate with tenants, maintain your building better
