    Land lord should be sued for having tenants

    Pros:
    None at all. This building is not safe
    Cons:
    The whole building. I was on the top floor and part of the roof caved in on me because of the wet snow on the roof
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the building. You are going to get sued.
