Pros:
I don’t have anything nice to say about this place
Cons:
Neighbors are extremely noisey. Will play loud music pass 12am. The floors are very dirty littered with poop, cigarette. Hallway smells like cigarettes when it supposed to be a smoke free zone. Somehow the homeless end up inside the building and will leave trash and clothes everywhere. Not sure why people are allowed on the roof as well but that is very worrisome. Over all there is a unsafe feeling in the building.
Advice to owner:
Please enforce your buildings policy with smoke free zone. Please inform neighbors about loud music. Hallway is a mess. Needs to be swept and mopped

Not clean at all and very noisy

Pros:
Lightening, some of the neighbors are friendly
Cons:
Garbage area is not cleaned at all. There is a very bad odor upon entry into the building. Floor is constantly dirty and littered with urine and poop from pet owners. And the homeless some how get into the building and would sleep in front of the building entry way. THE CONSTANT SMELL OF CIGARETTES in the stairways and noise coming from the hallway because of people hanging out in the stair case all hours of the night. Very selfish of neighbors to not consider the health of their neighbors should not have to feel like I’m staying in a motel
Advice to owner:
Weekly visit should be a thing for you guys to make sure that your tenants have a clean and safe place of living. Also enforce a no smoking policy
