Worse landlord ever

Pros:
Location is the only perk
Cons:
Black mold, water leaks, rotten floors, never paint, non responsive landlord. Electrical issues, in urgent need of repairs past due. Non functional intercom. Unresponsive 311 aa well.
Advice to owner:
If you don't want a lawsuit please fix all issues in the building and apartments.
