ABJ Properties are slum lords and don't maintain property in safe repair.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Location, Location
Cons:
Rats, super doesn't clean, garbage accumulation in front of building. Slow to make repairs. Repairs made cheaply and minimal.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your customers and earn your profits.

Provide if you own.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Upgraded hallways. Nice apartment.
Cons:
The owner of the building is inconsiderate. They do not have no type of heating in the building. I would have to constantly call 311, but nothing changes. The front telecom does not work. One has to call somebody to open the door.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building, they do not map or sweep the hallways. Be more considerate towards your tenants.
