    In and out all time of the hour, messy, people sleeping in the hallways. Traffic in and out all day

    Was the only great building on the avenue
    Cons:
    Traffic of people at all times of the night and morning. Garbage in the hallways, outside the building. Loud music, smoking, sleeping in hallways. It’s ridiculous
    Advice to owner:
    Please watch the people you move in the building. It’s like a crack building. It’s terrible
