Nasty building

Pros

The building needs to rebuild again

Cons

Yes the building had bedbugs! Hot water comes and goes specially when u in the shower ! Two occasion we had homeless men inside the building sleeping! The management said to call the police! In front the building is always crowded of people doing drug o drunks is hard to come outside o go inside the building! Of course you’ll never see building ratings is because management always pay off the HPD

Advice to the owners

Fix inside each apartment and put gate in front the building so nobody can sit in the stairs
