if u love mice, roaches and scathing cold showers, this building is for u!!

Pros:
being so close to the metro north/subway and little italy
Cons:
awful super, terrible landlord that refuses to fix mice and roach problem. entire building is infested and consistently dirty. apartments have mold and supers don’t really care to fix it. hot water and heat is on a surprise only basis. mailboxes are always broken into and the super does not care to look at cameras or follow up. awful conditions and almost unbelievable that the landlords sleeps fine knowing that he is allowing humans to live in these conditions.
Advice to owner:
i’m not sure if there is any way to ask someone to have a heart.
