The White House
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here with my college roommates - sweet memories
Cons:
We wanted to move out as soon as we moved in. Literal hell hole. We are all very clean people and the cockroaches and mice are OUT OF CONTROL. Were also told that carpet would be replaced before we moved in - it was not and I don't think it ever has been. One roommate found a little home under her carpet where a group of mice had gathered the torn carpeting. The whole house is horribly disgusting and needs to be torn down. The entire top floor is on an angle and you can't set things down on counters without them rolling off (especially in the smallest top bedroom)
Advice to owner:
It's time to tear it down
