Pros:
Safe building
Somewhat quiet
Convenient for public transportation
Cons:
Entire building needs renovation.
Elevator currently isn’t working (3 months now)
Bed bugs in certain apartments. Rats in most.
Most intercoms do not work.
Many false rooms in the building. Fire hazard!
Landlord doesn’t really care!
Advice to owner:
We pay rent! Fix our building. Stop building partitions in the apartments that’s a critical fire hazard!
