was fine for what it was
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fully furnished, pretty apartment, rent was moderate
Cons:
We saw 3 of those gigantic American cockroaches (at least), but that might not be able to be helped with the area. The bigger problem was definitely the fact that it took them forever to fix the fact that the ceiling was about to cave in.

Better campus housing elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fully furnished, came with mattresses and A/C and TV
Cons:
Management takes forever to solve a problem. We had major leaks in the back bedroom and didn’t get them fixed for months. Also pests are huge. It feels like a plague every few months whether it’s roaches, lantern flies, or flies. And management is incredibly unhelpful in fixing it.
Advice to owner:
Respond better to problems; faster with permanent solutions
