Stores and restaurants close by, very responsive and responsible landlord, landlord does a good job with keeping up with garbage disposal, never had issues with rat or roaches, nice neighbors.
Cons:
Halls are not consistently clean, no mail system so must get a P.O. Box, heat is not centralized, electricity goes off if more than 5 items on at the same time at times, sometimes the hot water does not work well, no parking available, safety is concerning around the neighborhood, people around has dogs and do not pick up the poo.
Advice to owner:
Keeping up with the building stairs and halls cleaning at least once a week would be helpful.
