Horrible, do not move here

Pros:
Close to good food
Cons:
Dirty, unkept, hot water turns off randomly, entry door always broken, homeless living under stairs, cockroaches, rats. Literally imagine the worst NYC apartment and here it is. Management is nonexistent unless they want your money, Super is never on premises.
Advice to owner:
Sell it to someone who will actually take care of the property.
