Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, restaurants near by, public transportation options.
Cons:
When issues arise, landlord doesn’t do a thing. Claims he will get things fixed but he’s just blowing hot air.
Advice to owner:
Show some compassion for your tenants. If you don’t want the headache then you shouldn’t be in the business
