    Pretty updated, responsive management
    Cons:
    Street is very loud, constant construction, water in showers would fluctuate between very hot and very cold while showering

    - Laundry - Beautiful roof - Easy but secure access
    Cons:
    - High rent - Maintenance can take awhile

    I loved the roof and the basement.
    Cons:
    There were a lot of cockroaches, and a lot of the amenities do not work, like the heated floor and everything.

    fix the layouts!
