Actually made me enjoy living in the Bronx
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a new building so pretty good so far
Cons:
Don’t like that I need a personal escort to get my packages but I guess safety, don’t like the elevators are suddenly shut down for garbage disposal when I’m late to work but I guess that’s on me for being late. Not too many cons.
Advice to owner:
Renting to businesses for the empty space is fine, I get it, it’s about your money, but like can we reduce the non aesthetic signs those businesses put up, my friends out here thinking they’re going to the wrong building because it looks like a medical office.
