    Pros:
    Great transportation nearby.
    Cons:
    Property managers don't care I have been for months without then repairing my apartment. Homeless people access the building and defecate on the stairs. people come and do drugs In the building. Not a place to raise a family or live safely.
    Advice to owner:
    Put people before profits.
