This building is horrible

Pros:
There’s nothing good to say about this location
Cons:
The landlord to this building does not do anything he has available units and refuse to rent them out . He does not fix leaks , holes , heat nothing .you could tell him and he says ok and never gets back to you all these apartments have damage he does not fix . Goodluck living here .
Advice to owner:
FIX YOUR RUN DOWN BUILDING !
