    Wonderful South Bronx Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean Goid area. Bus route right there. Outdoor eating down the block. Bronx zoo right there. Highway and gas station right there.
    Cons:
    Needs updating just some modernization.
    Advice to owner:
    Update. As I stated modernize some things.
