Former Tenant
Pros:
It's listed as a three bedroom but it actually has five rooms not including the living room
Cons:
It has a tub inside the apartment. But it's only a shower. They should have just made a shower stall instead of a large tub when it's a very small bathroom. Also the landlord knows he has a pest problem and he blames the tenant. When first moving in he let me know that he had a roach problem and he blame the prior tenants. But the funny thing was as soon as I move my things in the apartment. The first night the rats came out and ate everything. And he acted as if he knew nothing about the rodent problem. And the rats have overrun the house there's holes everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Get a real exterminator so you can stop blaming your tenants for the problem you knew had already existed
