Pros:
Ain’t no pros beside the PHILLY Cheese steak from the Arabs!!! PERIDOT!
Cons:
This building has so many things I can disliked but for starters the way the “super” allows non-tenants to have keys which gives access to the building ….kinda makes an unsafe environment for all who reside here! Not only that but the drug use in the building is outrageous! Your kid can’t even walk down the stairs without there being some type of illegal residue or blood from a fight or altercation! Ppl come from other buildings on the block and sit in-front of your building smoking, drinking, fighting YOU NAME IT ! I done seen girls put their babies down to fight and act stupid in front of this building, I’ve seen people on DOPE (heroine) Leaning over about to drop (but not quite) … can barely stay up in the hallway steps, I’ve had to push past those same addicts on multiple occasions because their holding up the walls in the stairway high off PCP (Waters, Wet, whatever tf you want to call it)…To top it OFF There is absolutely NO elevator (building is lopsided so, I guess it wouldn’t make any sense but the floors range from 1-5) really inconvenience ESPECIALLY for ppl who have little onez (children)!!!!! Then let not even get to the fact that if I didn’t (by the GRACE of God) remove all ROACHES from my home when I first arrived LORD knows they still be my free tenants ….. to make matters even WORST … my family is by FAR one of thy cleanest tenants in the building and we still have to deal with MICE ! Something I am terrified of ! something they just don’t want to fix, something that is eating at all my good clothes (SIS IS EXPENSIVE & HAS LOTS OF GOOD TASTE )… (outside of picking this apartment)…. Any who I hope this help cause this is definitely horrible living situations but any who dares to come… WELCOME TO TERROR LANE! -the girl with a big mouth ….& a big VOICE ! Ok Bye
