    Pros:
    Rent is affordable.
    Cons:
    Management disregards tenants’ complaints about health hazards in apartments. Most apartments have massive leaks in ceiling and mold problems.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen more to tenants. We pay rent and aren’t living here for free.
