Management needs to do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Near shopping like Fordham rd and the 2/5 train and also q44 to get into Queens. The super does what he can though.
Cons:
Moved in 5 years ago, was never given a second key for my apartment door, intercom does not work, apartment maintenance is poor and nonresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Gain better interpersonal skills and time management.
