Horrible building management

Pros:
Nothing but horrible living
Cons:
Ppl sleeping in hallways, the management are thrives, they sell apartments, they have a big infestation of roaches and mice, they play loud music all day everyday, they sell drugs out of the side of the building
Advice to owner:
