    Absolutely Nothing important
    Cons:
    elevator garage incinerator
    Advice to owner:
    No repairs at all, mess everywhere, do not respond to tenants needs, you allow people crowd and bother with a lot of noise in from the building all the time and blocking the entrance to the building.
