Do better slum lord

Pros:
Nothing is great about this building
Cons:
They don’t clean fix or respond to anything you notify them about. Started making one bedroom apartment in to two bedrooms and charging them as a two bedroom apartment.
Advice to owner:
Do better and stop being so cheap and get your apartment fixed and stop renting them out as rooms
