Run! Run! Run!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s convenient to the train, bus and many supermarkets.
Cons:
The super doesn’t speak any English so good luck communicating unless you have an interpreter. Nothing gets fixed. People play loud music in front of the building everyday all day and the super does nothing about it. A whole year and a half with no gas. Super has his dogs in the back with trash in which case folks feel unsafe.
Advice to owner:
We need a new super that is knows more than one language and English being the primary language.
