not worth looking at

Pros:
good heat in the winter and always have hot water
Cons:
its always dirty and the management company only rents to illegal immigrants and if you are not related in some way to the super they will not rent to you. The owner since taking over the building in 2006 has not rented to any black families or anyone other than people that the super brings over from his country.
Advice to owner:
STOP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING AND BE FARE TO EVERYONE.
