You Get What You Pay For
Former Tenant
Pros:
This Building is in a central location, a few blocks from the Grand concourse, Webster avenue and Jerome so you are sandwiched in between many forms of transportation (buses, trains, etc)
Cons:
The management for this building is horrible, dishonest, and negligent. Google C&C Property Management for all you need to see.
