Terrible landlords and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything. Trains buses.
Cons:
The super doesn’t clean the building regularly you have to call and complain. Sometimes over a month. The garbage is always piled up. Landlords don’t care if you need repairs I’ve had to pay for repairs myself.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super. Answer your tenants when they need repairs done. Clean the garbage clean the building. Take care of the mice and roaches
