    I hate it here

    Pros:
    Close to transportation, spacious apartment
    Cons:
    Pest problem, leaky ceilings, loud neighborhood, mouse problem, unresponsive super, unresponsive landlord, loud neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Building needs to be renovated completely
