Not bad honestly

Pros:
This building is pretty much good, I don’t have any complaints other than sometimes management is not very responsive
Cons:
Bad neighborhood with a lot of gangs selling drugs in the streets and crime.

Hot water and noise

Very rare they are good
Cons:
98% no hot water and neighbor noise really bad....always fighting
Advice to owner:
Need to give us hot water and guards need to do their jobs to eliminate noise
