Not bad for the area

Pros:
Close to public transportation, close to stores and easy way to find, clean building
Cons:
Pest, building has no elevator, people always hanging out in front of building, no parking, fights around the area, heat horrible during winter time
Advice to owner:
Please help with pest control roaches and mouses always multiply no matter how clean we are
