    I was an idiot
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Cheap rent. Close to subway lines.
    Cons:
    The neighbors are soooo loud. They party all day and night on the warm days.
    Mice run like crazy and you can't have pets.
    Things break and they don't get fixed.
    The super is never around and calling him achieves nothing.
    I've had at least one ceiling leak every year.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a new super. Fix your property.
