Very dirty building

Pros:
The rent is cheap
Cons:
The building is unsecured, the mailboxes are broken, the elevator is always broken, there's garbage in the hallways, the building management don't do repairs, the building should be condemned it's falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Repair the building, add locks to the entrance and install door buzzes in the apartments
