Poor & old condition.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Is not far from anything. Apartment unit is huge with plenty of sunlight.
Cons:
Barely any Super. Hallways & stairwell is dirty. There is a neighbor who will have his friends hang around the front of the building time after time. NEVER ANY HEAT OR HOT WATER definitely in the winter. Don’t fix things just patch up. None of windows don’t stay open and air goes through it.
