Cheap for a reason

Pros:
Close to the train
Cons:
Extremely loud, and would have kids running in and out the building all day and night. Most people who hung out in the building didn’t even live there. Walls was so thin you heard everything.
Advice to owner:
Start over

The one that take care about mortgage landlord

Pros:
Some of the tenants are nice someone nightmares
Cons:
They never they never fix nothing in that building and by the time they fix it is the problems are ready for disaster
Advice to owner:
Stop breaking down two bedrooms in two three bedroom and one bedroom it's a two bedroom it's against the law italicize in a beautiful apartment if it's not broken don't fix it valuation of customer service cuz you guys suck,

Pros:
No Pros, building is completely unsafe. Front door locks always broken, people breaking in and sleeping on the hallways, especially junkies
Cons:
Aside from the non pros, there’s no parking in the area, takes up to an hour to find parking
Advice to owner:
Sell this place , it’s not livable

Pros:
Location is good, close to the train and Fordham road.
Cons:
People smoking in the hallways, kids running around kicking and screaming, neighbors doing barbecue and parties outside the building.
Advice to owner:
Start enforcing some of those rules slapped on the side of the wall of your building...

Great neighbors but horrible property owners

Pros:
Helpful and caring super, great tenants, close to subway and Fordham.
Cons:
Owners don’t care about tenants, just the money. Takes months for anything to every be fixed if they have to approve it. There’s always roach problems and they don’t care.
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants
