    The little horror house
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The property is located within walking distance of public transportation, numerous shops, and essential services. The main road is easily accessible
    Cons:
    - The house is plagued by humidity, mold, and leaks, and is infested with rodents and cockroaches.
    - The property is extremely insecure, making it easy for intruders to gain access.
    - The structural integrity of the house is questionable, with cracks in the walls and ceilings and floors that feel unstable.
    - The property has a troubled history, including multiple evictions, legal disputes, and code violations.
    - The NYPD has had numerous calls for service at this address.
    - The surrounding area is unsanitary and overrun with rats.
    - The basement is in a state of disrepair and is uninhabitable.
