Unkept and unsecure

Pros:
Apartments are very spacious
Cons:
Very dirty common area (halls/steps). Mailboxes are out dated and not always secure. Entrance door being propped open so it is not secure. Homeless guy sleeping on steps between floor 5 and roof. Also sleeping on the roof. Intercom/buzzer system outdated and unable to communicate with the person ringing the bell. Rodent and insect infestation. Super avoids calls.
Advice to owner:
Building super doesn’t respond to calls and avoids answering calls. Hold the super accountable for cleanliness and upkeep of building. Monthly exterminator visits for all apartments. Enforcement of keeping the main door locked for security and keeping the homeless from sleeping on the steps and roof. The super should be bilingual due to some tenants only speaks English.
